Archaeological Museum of Nemea
Description
The Archaeological Museum of Nemea, located within the archaeological site of the sanctuary of Zeus Nemeios, was built with American financial assistance and was gifted to the Greek state in 1984. It houses findings dating back to the Early Helladic period until the Late Christian times, from Ancient Nemea, Kleones, Fliounta, and the Mycenaean cemetery of Aidonia, with a highlight being its golden jewelry from the 15th century BC.
